Scheduling, Access & Your Responsibilities

When you engage us to perform work, you agree that:

• You are the property owner or are authorized to request the work on the property, and you will inform us of any known underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, property lines or easements.
• You will provide reasonable access to the work area and keep people and pets clear of the work zone during the service.
• You will disclose any known hazards, disputes with neighbors regarding trees near property lines, or HOA or permit requirements that may apply.
• Weather, equipment or safety conditions may require us to reschedule work; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work described in your estimate. Additional work discovered or requested beyond the agreed scope may require a revised estimate and additional charges. Any deposits, cancellation terms or warranty details specific to your project will be set out in your written estimate or service agreement, which, together with these Terms, forms the agreement between us.

No Warranties on Website Content
